Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's system, especially the quality system, to ensure that the company's quality management and products meet the requirements of local laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Responsible for designing and managing all quality activities throughout the product lifecycle based on the requirements of the parent company for product quality management, establishing quality standards, and continuously driving improvements in product quality levels and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for organizing testing and inspection activities at the factory, handling customer complaints and internal abnormalities, and reporting to senior leadership and the parent company on a regular basis.
Responsible for quality training.
Job Qualifications:
Age around 30, required to be honest, responsible, obedient, meticulous in work, diligent and conscientious, quick-thinking, able to withstand strong work pressure, with good team spirit and dedication.
Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, computer science, or related engineering fields.
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems, with experience in leading internal and external audits, preferably with an auditor certificate.
Have independent ideas and the ability to promote the implementation of quality improvement in the factory, as well as the ability to prevent and improve product quality. Experience in quality department management is preferred.
Fluent in spoken English, necessary for barrier-free communication, with a mature personality, positive attitude, and ability to establish high-quality and efficient organizations.
Familiarity with relevant standards of the power industry is preferred.
