Quality Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to join our team. As part of our Management Trainee program, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and executing quality assurance strategies and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing the overall quality processes within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Quality Assurance Strategies: Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure product quality.
3. Performance Monitoring: Utilize technological tools such as quality management software and statistical analysis tools to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
4. Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and regulatory affairs teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Employee Training & Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures.
7. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Skills: Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership potential.
• Experience: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (at least HSK 3), good level of English communication skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of QMS ISO 9001 and quality control processes will be a significant advantage.
• Willingness to Learn: Willing to undergo training and development to enhance skills.
