Lead and supervise the production control process from RM/PM to Finished Goods to ensure it follows procedures and food safety standards.
Update the list of RM/PM (Raw Materials/Packaging Materials), RM Specifications, Halal Certificates, CoAs (Certificates of Analysis), MSDSs (Material Safety Data Sheets), RoAs (Reports of Analysis), and FG (Finished Goods) Specifications in QC documents.
Provide guidance and oversight in monitoring the CCP (Critical Control Points).
Take initiative in preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly reports related to RM/PM, Finished Goods, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) audits.
Qualifications
At least 25 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field (FMCG experience is preferable).
Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 6), ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal Assurance System.
Strong knowledge of laboratory practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide a team effectively.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, & target-oriented with attention to details.
