Quality Control Staff

About the role

PT HUGE DENTAL INDONESIA is seeking a skilled Quality Control Operator to join our team in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and safety standards of our dental products. Your work will be crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure Line Clearance process has been done by production
• Perform thorough physical inspections of product at various stages of the production process to identify and address any quality issues
• Conduct final inspection tests and measurements to verify product specifications and compliance with industry regulations
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality control records
• Perform In Process Control (IPC) and Final Report of products
• Continuously monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing or dental industry
• Basic knowledge regarding Quality and a good knowledge regarding Sampling Process, IPC Process, and Laboratory Testing
• Strong technical and analytical skills and familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly address quality issues
• Proficient in English; Mandarin speaker is preferable
• Relevant qualifications in quality management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree is a must
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
