Quality Control Section Head

The quality Section Head is generally responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards.

Responsibility

You have an important role in:

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Approve the right products
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
• Will be placed in Karangawen - Demak, Jawa Tengah

Qualification

To be successful in this position, we need you to be:

• Minimum D3 in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent from Reputable University with GPA above 3
• Experience as a quality Manager and have a Minimum of 5 years experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Injection Molding or Electronic are preferred)
• Capable and familiar with ISO series, 5S, Kaizen system, and Safety
• Deep understanding of practical problem solving
• Have strong leadership and management
