Quality Control Manager

About the role

As the QC Manager, you will lead the QC department, oversee testing processes, and implement systems to maintain the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding the integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead and manage the QC team, including training, performance evaluations, and day-to-day supervision.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
• Willing to be placed in Pandaan, Pasuruan
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality Control, with 2 year in a leadership role
• Proven experience in FMCG industry
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A detail-oriented, proactive leader committed to upholding excellence.
