Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

PT. Daewoong Biologics Indonesia (DBI), a subsidiary of Daewoong Group, specializes in the production of stem cell and cosmetic products. Established in September 2021, located in Cikarang, DBI aims to focus on its business on stem cells and cosmeceuticals. Our mission is to research, develop, and locally produce stem cell therapies, personalized medicines, cosmetics, and more. Requirements:

  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality systems and compliance with GMP aspects in the company.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations of the quality control program, including inspections, tests, and audits.
  • Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and investigate quality control issues, recommending solutions to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate quality control considerations into processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and analyze data to identify trends for improvement.
  • Responsible for the development and training of QC employees by conducting internal/external training, supervising employee work discipline, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Conduct an assessment of the condition of the department.
  • Establish and socialize work targets of QC Department.
  • Create an annual budget for the QC Department, and break down the budget in monthly and weekly periods, and be responsible for cost control and efficiency.
  • Making Monthly and Annual Reports.
  • Reporting quality control activities and findings for senior management and receiving delegation should it be needed.
  • Build an official relationship with government including BPOM, MOH and other agencies relating to the quality of drugs and ongoing relationship with colleagues in the pharmacy industry and community.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (i.e., CPOB, CPKB, cGMP, ISO, Indonesia Ministry of Health, etc).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum working as QC Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry for 5 years.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in a reputable university.
  • Preferably individuals with experience in the pharmacy, cosmetic or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent English (Passive and Active).
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Having managerial and leadership skills.
  • Willing to place in Cikarang.
