Kualifikasi: Min Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Chemistry Engineering, Quality Management or related field. Min 3 years of experience as QC Manager / Head of QC in the food industry. Knowledge in microbiology analysis and analytical chemistry. Understanding of food quality and safety (HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000, FSSC). Certification in FSSC, ISO 22000, Halal, and HACCP. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership, and teamwork.
Tanggung Jawab: Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH). Quality Maintenance in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance): Ensuring that quality is integrated into the maintenance processes to prevent defects and maintain high production standards. Manage and control standard quality for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process control, and finished products according to the targets. Manage and control tasks in the Analytical Laboratory Chemistry and Microbiology according to food industry standards. Implement and maintain systems like ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safety, and Halal guarantee systems. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the food production process. Customer Complaint Handling: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
