Quality Control & IT Support Staff

Media Info Grup Indonesia is looking for a full-time Quality Control & IT Support Staff to handle both quality control for article scraping results and provide IT support within the company. This role requires a detail-oriented person who can monitor and verify the scraping process daily while also assisting with IT-related troubleshooting and support.

The position of Quality Control & IT Support Staff is a full-time position (5 days a week), working in late shifts and on Saturday is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify scraped articles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
• Make corrections to formatting, structure, and content quality as needed.
• Ensure that scraped articles follow the standards and guidelines.
• Identify and report scraping errors, missing content, or incorrect formatting.
• Work closely with developers to improve scraping accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:

• Fluent (verbal and written) in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Work experience of minimum 2 years. We also welcome fresh graduates.
• Experience with content review, web scraping, or data validation is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, JSON, XML formats, and Regular Expression (RegEx) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
