Job Purpose

Performs administrative and technical duties in the Quality domain, such as report running, providing necessary information to Quality employees.

Job Description

1. Learns internal procedures and Quality System (QS) and other governmental and customer requirements and specifications.
2. Participates in the calibration of equipment in laboratories.
3. Ensures that non-conformance reports are filled out and that all documentation is present and easily retrievable.
4. Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information related to quality.
5. Maintains records and balance information for control purposes.
6. Compiles reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within the quality department.
7. Regularly contacts Quality employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
8. Assists with internal quality audits.

You are meant for this job if:

1. Trade apprenticeship or equivalent / technical background.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience.
