Quality Control Officer main task is to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the Selling Area, especially Ready-To-Eat food processing counters.
Quality Control Officer fills all related forms/checklists as documentation of hygiene and cleanliness practices control on each Ready-To-Eat food processing counter.
Quality Control Officer reports issues of hygiene and cleanliness discrepancies which might impact customer safety and health to superior.
Responsibility
Follow Daily Working Schedule and standard operating procedures provided by superior.
Check Backroom and Selling Area cleanliness.
Check Product Quality, Price Card, and Shelf Life of merchandise (Perishable, Grocery, Delicatessen, Bakery, Baby Food, Pet Food, and Battery).
Maintain daily stock of chemicals and cleaning tools by filling in Stock Card accurately.
Conduct handwashing, cutting board, and knives washing training for food handlers in Foodline.
Ensure Cleaning Time practices are executed as per written policy/standard.
Ensure all food handlers follow Standard Grooming for Food Handlers of Aeon Indonesia.
Check practices of Label Date policy in Foodline.
Check hygiene practices and cleanliness of food processing counters following the standard at closing time.
Check and report issues of hygiene and cleanliness discrepancies to superior and execute action plans if any.
Check pest infestations progress in covered area and take corrective action needed under Group Leader supervision.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
Preferably min. 3 years experience as Quality Control or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic Internal Audit, basic Trainer, and basic presentation.
Able to work under pressure and is deadline-oriented.
Willing to work shifts following operational hours of the Mall.
