As a Quality Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality department by monitoring and reporting key performance indicators, analyzing data trends, and managing non-conformity reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced candidates passionate about quality assurance and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Report on Quality department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to processes and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products, processes, or systems.
• Gather and analyze data, providing trends and analysis of quality-related metrics.
• Manage and facilitate non-conforming product reporting and analysis.
• Participate in resolving quality issues within Operations and collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on quality trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of D3/S1 in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or MIPA.
• Experience in Quality Control (QC) and understanding of QC in manufacturing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
