Implementing control procedures for non-conformities that occur in RM and PM found during stock checks at the supplier and reporting non-conformities to the QC Supervisor.
Implementing standard quality requirements for RM and PM in stock at the supplier to meet the established quality specifications.
Conducting audit assessments of new supplier visits.
Packaging and stickering PPOS boxes for both new formulas and existing products to suppliers.
Making reports on the results of visits, audits or PPOS. Conducting sampling, maintaining the results of visits and PPOS.
The incoming inspection process includes the sampling process, analysis process and labeling process of RM and PM identities for materials coming from the warehouse.
Implementing procedures for controlling non-conformities that occur in RM and PM upon entry and reporting non-conformities to the QC Supervisor.
Improving the quality standard requirements of RM and PM upon entry to meet the established quality specifications.
Conducting applicative organoleptic checks of RM and smell tests.
Conducting validation of rejects from suppliers found during the production process.
Making daily reports on the results of product quality process checks.
Conducting sampling to maintain production results.
Checking inline processes, monitoring the use of traceability codes/flows and monitoring GMP and also the cleanliness process in the production area.
Implementing procedures for controlling non-conformities that occur in RM, PM and finished goods in the production and mixing areas and reporting non-conformities to the QC Supervisor.
Implementing the quality standard requirements of RM, PM, semi-finished good (SFG), finished good (FG), and production process parameters to meet the established quality specifications set.
Conducting organoleptic checks during SFG and FG.
Conducting control over the clearance area during SKU changes and loose materials in the production area.
Job Requirements
Experienced as QC min. 1 year.
Graduate of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering.
Vapers or Smokers are a must.
Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail.
Courageous and Assertive.
Able to work under pressure.
Understand ISO9001, GMP and HACCP systems.
Able to operate QC instruments such as GC, UTM, Torsimeter, etc.
Understand the AQL sampling method.
Have good communication skills.
Have high integrity.
Willing to work with high mobility (Visit External Parties).
