About the role

Join our dedicated team at PT Garuda Metalindo as a Quality Claim Specialist. In this full-time role based in Bekasi, West Java, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of quality that our company is known for. As a key member of our Quality Assurance and Control team, you will be responsible for investigating product claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Investigate and resolve product quality claims from customers in a timely and efficient manner
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
3. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality-related issues and resolutions
4. Provide regular reports and analysis on quality trends and performance metrics
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our quality management systems
6. Liaise with customers to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools
5. Knowledge of quality management principles and experience with implementing continuous improvement initiatives
6. Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
