Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our team at PT Balindo Mitra Perkasa in Buleleng, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems in compliance with industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
• Conduct internal audits and routine inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and ensure effective preventive actions.
• Investigate product non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze laboratory test results and inspection data to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and related departments to enhance efficiency and product quality consistency.
• Prepare and update quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and audit reports.
• Provide training to employees on quality policies and procedures to enhance awareness and compliance.
