Job Description

• Perform quality checks on customer service agents handling inquiries including the LLM review
• Ensure processes and translation results complies with native Korean standards.
• Provides direct live translation from Indonesian to Korean on customer cases if necessary
• Prepare and present regular reports on translation results and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Certified TOPIK 3-5 Language Proficiency
• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree with a GPA of at least 2.75
• Preferably have experience in Travel/Hospitality Industry
• Willing to be based in Semarang
• Available to join immediately
