Quality Assurance Manager

Minimum 5 years Experience as QA Manager in Sports Goods industry are preferable

Strong leadership, Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Very Good in Root Cause Analyses & Problem Solving Skills

English Proficient & have digital mindset

Willing to be placed at Madiun East Java

Set up, Review, Implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management

Guide, Develop, Calibrate, Improve All Quality personnel skills

Control and Measures End to End factory quality performance in regular basis from IQC, PQC & AQL, Lab Testing

Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished Products, include all Brand’s testing requirement

Make Quarterly – Yearly of Quality Strategy Plan to meet Buyer / Brand’s Quality KPI (Q-KPI) target

Lead Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving of Defective Returns and Claims from Buyer

Conduct Quality Internal Audit and responsible for Corrective Action Plan

Communicates with both buyers & Raw Material’s suppliers in quality matter

Measures the Raw material’s supplier performance

As Factory Representative During Quality factory evaluation process / Quality audit from the customers or buyers

Provides regular quality report for Top Management review
