Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Conduct and coordinate application/website functionality testing to ensure alignment with documentation and user needs.
2. Manage QA team testing activities, including functional, UI, and regression testing according to the test plan.
3. Review and validate test plans, scenarios, and test cases prepared by QA Officers.
4. Handle testing of complex and high-risk application areas directly.
5. Manage, validate, and prioritize bugs, and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
6. Support the QA Lead in monitoring testing progress and timelines, and identifying potential obstacles.
7. Provide guidance and technical mentoring to QA Officers in their daily tasks.
8. Actively participate in agile forums such as grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, focusing on quality and QA effort estimation.
9. Prepare regular reports on product quality status, test results, and QA metrics.
10. Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, and support test data preparation and result presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree from Any Fields as Fresh Graduate or with Experienced Minimum 3 to 5 Years
2. Mastering Agile/Waterfall & STLC methods
3. Experienced in creating & running various types of test cases
4. Strong in analysis, problem solving & bug investigation
5. Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Asana, Jam.Dev
6. Able to coordinate teams & delegate tasks
7. Communicative with technical & non-technical teams
8. Able to provide feedback & mentoring
9. Thorough, proactive, and high initiative
10. (Plus value) Familiar with automation & API testing (Postman)
