Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min. Education S1 in any major
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in the telesales field (in Telesales and Customer Service)
  3. Experience as a team leader is a plus
  4. Able to analyze data (MS Office, Gdocs, and others)
  5. Understand verbal and nonverbal communication ethics
  6. Understand the improvement of activity processes in the contact center industry
  7. Can join as soon as possible in Yogyakarta

Additional Requirements:

  • Available for flexible hours
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this position
  • Applicants must have an ID card
  • Start date: September 16, 2024
  • Desired salary: Rp2,700,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
