Quality Assurance / Audit Outlet Staff - Restaurant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auditor/Controller/Quality Control/Assurance/Area Operations in the Restaurant/F&B retail industry.
  • At least a bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology or Food Science.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, proactive, responsible, and willing to work on-site in Jabodetabek stores.
  • Able to work in a team or independently.
  • Have certifications related to Quality Control or HACCP (is a plus).

Job Description:

  • Conduct detailed audits of F&B restaurants, focusing on quality control, quality assurance, inventory control, operational team assessments, and more.
  • Maintain the quality of food served.
  • Ensure that operations run according to SOP.
  • Conduct training sessions on both soft and hard skills.
  • Train employees on Food Safety, SOP, and hygiene practices.
  • Analyze process discrepancies and deviations in finished products.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week, placement in Palmerah, Jakarta.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
