Quality Assurance / Audit Outlet Staff - Restaurant
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auditor/Controller/Quality Control/Assurance/Area Operations in the Restaurant/F&B retail industry.
At least a bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology or Food Science.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, proactive, responsible, and willing to work on-site in Jabodetabek stores.
Able to work in a team or independently.
Have certifications related to Quality Control or HACCP (is a plus).
Job Description:
Conduct detailed audits of F&B restaurants, focusing on quality control, quality assurance, inventory control, operational team assessments, and more.
Maintain the
quality
of food served.
Ensure that operations run according to SOP.
Conduct training sessions on both soft and hard skills.
Train employees on Food Safety, SOP, and hygiene practices.
Analyze process discrepancies and deviations in finished products.
Willing to work 6 days a week, placement in Palmerah, Jakarta.
Willing to work in shifts.
