Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Assurance with multi-projects: 2-3 years.
• Experience in Quality Assurance with mobile app projects (iOS, responsive, and Android): at least 2-3 years.
• Experience in Quality Assurance with integration projects (SAP, external applications, ERP systems, etc.).
• Experience in Quality Assurance presentations with customers, problem handling, and technical writing: at least 2-3 years.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and test life cycle.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Tester.
• Experience working in an Agile ecosystem.
• Expertise in using Excel.
• Skills: Test Management, Defect Tracking, Reporting and Analytics, Usability.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed established quality standards. Their primary goal is to prevent defects, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Create clear and concise bug reports.
• Design proper test strategies.
• Conduct and lead system Integration Tests, regression tests, User Acceptance Tests, smoke testing, production test runs, and other cycle testing.
• Create technical documents, training materials, user guides, and other documentation after development.
