Information about the role:
Plays a crucial role in ensuring software reliability by conducting thorough testing and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This includes writing and implementing test cases.
Responsibility
- Perform testing as required for the project.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write and implement test cases within the test framework.
- Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including discussing and writing stories and tests to prepare for upcoming sprints.
- Help prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives within the test area.
- Create bug tickets and support the team if there are bugs.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in software quality assurance; automated testing will be a plus.
- Good perspective of how the testing process should be done.
- Openness to learning other technologies including front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Eager to learn and to help.
