Job Description:
Planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures and ensuring that Company and departmental objectives are achieved.
Carrying out periodic HSE inspections/internal audits in the office, onboard ships according to the inspection schedule and carry out inspections. Make NC status logs from each Finding report from Audit, Inspection, Visit, Finding Card.
Take measurements of the work environment both in the office and on board and monitor risk and hazard analysis on board.
Make KPI and HSE Dosier every month for each ship.
Make lesson learned and sketch during Investigation. Make a Safety Campaign and socialize it to the ship every month.
Conducting Internal Vessel and Office Training as scheduled.
Monitor Monthly Reports visit, Inspection for all Office Operational vessels.
Make a Drug and Alcohol Test Result Report with the HSE Officer.
