QC Site Sumbawa

Make sure a system of management that ensures that deliverables meet the standards and guidelines set by the client at the beginning of the design and template process.

Job Description

• Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with all the site sub-contractors and vendors for all inspection/non-destructive testing on site
• Coordinate with the customers and head office representative on all quality matters
• Attend the weekly QC meetings
• Make ITP document, work procedures, method statements for compliance with good work practices
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Familiar with mechanical, piping, electrical code standards
• Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable code standards and contract
• Prepare dossier document together with sub-contractors and vendors for hand over works purpose

Job Requirements

• Work Location & Point of Hire: Sumbawa Barat
• Bachelor/Associate’s Degree in engineering department, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred to have Welding Inspector Certificate
• Having experience working at EPC Contractor minimum of 2 years
• Can work under pressure
• Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
