Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated QC PA Team Leader to oversee quality control operations, lead the team, checking, testing and ensure high-quality production standards for RCP, SCADA, SAS, RTU, DFR, Protection panels. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvements in our quality processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in control and automation panels, with a commitment to fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performance work environment.

You’ll create impact by:

1. Lead the Quality Control team, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
2. Perform quality assurance and control inspections on RCP, SCADA, SAS and other PA panels ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM, production, engineering and 3rd party to align on quality standards and best practices.
4. Support training initiatives, imparting technical knowledge to team members and enhancing overall team capability.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the QC team.
6. Oversee documentation and reporting related to quality control processes and inspections.

You’d describe yourself as:

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field is required.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
3. Specific experience with RCP, SCADA, RTU or SAS panels is essential.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of protection scheme, setting and parameterization.
2. Strong understanding of relay control systems, SCADA, and SAS panels.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Requirements

1. Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Control such as K3L is a plus.
2. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001, IEC standards, etc.) is preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office, Digsi Relay Software, HMI software and other protection/measurement software.
