Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated QC PA Team Leader to oversee quality control operations, lead the team, checking, testing and ensure high-quality production standards for RCP, SCADA, SAS, RTU, DFR, Protection panels. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvements in our quality processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in control and automation panels, with a commitment to fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performance work environment.
You’ll create impact by:
- Lead the Quality Control team, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
- Perform quality assurance and control inspections on RCP, SCADA, SAS and other PA panels ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM, production, engineering and 3rd party to align on quality standards and best practices.
- Support training initiatives, imparting technical knowledge to team members and enhancing overall team capability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the QC team.
- Oversee documentation and reporting related to quality control processes and inspections.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Specific experience with RCP, SCADA, RTU or SAS panels is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of protection scheme, setting and parameterization.
- Strong understanding of relay control systems, SCADA, and SAS panels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Additional Requirements
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Control such as K3L is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001, IEC standards, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Digsi Relay Software, HMI software and other protection/measurement software.
