Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Microbiology Science, Biology Science, Food Technology, or any related field
At least 1 year(s) experience as microbiology laboratory in FMCG Industry (Dairy Industry will be advantage)
Familiar for implementation 5S, GLP, GMP, Safety, Food Safety and other Quality Standards and Procedure
Have good knowledge in Quality Management tools (ISO 17025, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal Management) and Internal auditing
Have good knowledge of testing non pathogenic and pathogenic microbe (such as TPC, Salmonella, Listeria, Staphylococcus, Coliform, Enterobactericeae, Escherichia coli, Yeast and mold in food, especially dairy.)
Willing to work in shifts and work with the system off
