QC (FRI) Unit Head

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that internal FRI officers perform their tasks in accordance with SOP.
2. Monitor and guide internal FRI officers in determining specified quality standards.
3. Provide assistance and direction to internal FRI officers as needed.
4. Assist in decision-making regarding the results of Internal FRI.
5. Report findings and issues encountered during FRI conducted by both internal and external teams.
6. Conduct inline inspections on the packing line.
7. Perform External FRI in collaboration with the QC Buyer.
8. Prepare and submit reports on the results of the External FRI.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline.
2. Experience minimum 3-4 years as a Quality Control In Wood Manufacture.
3. Understands AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) calculations.
4. Willing to work mobile.
