A Japanese Multinational Company located in Industrial Area Estate Pasuruan (PIER) Pasuruan - East Java is seeking for reputable candidate fill the position below to develop the organization :

Job Description:

• Oversee the entire Quality Control process in the factory or production site to ensure all products comply with the established quality standards.
• Build, develop, and manage an effective Quality Control system, including related procedures, policies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the production department to identify and resolve product quality issues, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Direct the QC team to perform routine inspections, quality audits, and laboratory testing in accordance with procedures.
• Review and approve QC reports and provide feedback on quality data analysis to improve production processes.
• Develop strategies and plans for quality improvement based on product failure trends and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to product quality, including ISO certification or other applicable standards.
• Conduct training and development for the QC team to enhance technical and managerial skills.
• Responsible for handling external audits related to quality from customers, regulatory authorities, or third parties.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in managing QC teams and strong leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions related to product quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in QC software and data analysis is a plus.
• Understanding of production processes and supply chains.
• Multitasking and project management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken -written)
• Domicile or willing to stay in around Pasuruan
