QC Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety are maintained throughout the production cycle.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
3. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of engines and heavy equipment products.
4. Identify and address any quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
5. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing insight and recommendations for improvements.
6. Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in all quality control processes.
7. Continuously assess and improve QC processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure product satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in quality control, particularly in engines, heavy equipment, or automotive products.
3. Solid knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
5. Experience in overseeing the quality of engines or power supply systems is highly preferred.
6. Candidates with automotive industry experience will also be considered.
