QA Supervisor (Japanese Speaker) - Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 662598)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting communication between staff and Japanese expatriate (Interpret Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa).
• Translate documents, directions, data, and more (Interpret Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa).
• Correspondence with related sections of head office Japan, vendors, and others in Japanese.
• Prepare documents and other materials in Japanese.
• Other related jobs in the QA/QC section.

Requirements:

• Japanese Speaker holding certificate JPLT N2 or above.
• Working experience at a Japanese Manufacturing Company as a QA Supervisor & Japanese Interpreter.
• Experience translating documents Japanese ⇔ Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the reporting system of Japanese Company (HO REN SO): “Ho” stands for “Hokoku (report)”, “Ren” for “Renraku (communicate)”, “So” for “Sodan (consult)”.
• Basic PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in Japanese.
• Not a job hopper.
• Working experience as an engineer, QA/QC, and production in a factory.
• Experience or study in Japan.
