Conduct audits of suppliers, commissaries, and warehouses in compliance with Yum requirements.
Follow up and review corrective actions taken in response to audit findings to ensure their effectiveness in resolving issues and preventing recurrence.
Investigate and follow up on complaints related to ingredients or raw materials provided by suppliers.
Coordinate and liaise the food safety/quality requirements with external parties, including suppliers, vendors, and relevant internal departments.
Review supplier specifications and quality programs to ensure alignment with organizational needs and compliance with established requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance by analyzing audit results and addressing complaints to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Assess the new suppliers, focusing on food safety and quality assurance in compliance with Yum requirements.
Develop, establish new systems, and improve food safety systems in factories and commissaries as needed.
Manage the dashboard and administration of the audit system to ensure compliance with Yum requirements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a food safety auditor in the F&B or restaurant industry.
Possesses up-to-date knowledge of local and global regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to food and beverage regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage dashboards (a big plus).
Certified and experienced in food safety standards as a lead auditor (e.g., FSSC LAC, Internal Auditor, or equivalent).
Highly adaptable, with strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
Organized and detail-oriented with a systematic approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with expertise in preparing comprehensive audit reports.
Willing to travel outside the city as needed.
Possesses strong analytical skills to address problems, tasks, or projects.
Self-driven and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
