Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Science
• Experienced Quality Staff in the food industry/ Food manufacturing (F&B Industry Preferable) min. 1 year
• Knowledge in Regulatory (BPJPH-Halal/BPOM/HACCP); certified "Penyelia Halal" and HACCP/ ISO 22000 certified will be an advantage
• Soft Skills required: Independent, Team Work (inside and outside Dept), Good communication skills as an auditor, High Level Integrity (due to work remotely and mobile), Critical thinking, and Good Leadership.

Job Description:

• Able to perform Internal and Supplier Audits based on GMP principles
• Able to create visible SOP/ Working Instruction, and Analyze Quality Issues in Restaurants.
• Willing to work remotely and with a high intensity of mobile working all across Indonesia.
