OPERATING POINT COORDINATOR (OPC) ASSA - SURAKARTA

• Auditing samples based on the agent's QC tasks and ensuring that they are following the SOP standards
• Calibrating QA assessment, Monitoring, Reporting, & Exercise
• Provide solutions to agent problems related to the tasks (Coaching, Feedback)
• Maintain Quality Operation percentage achievement
• Breakdown analysis related to the agent's improvement

• Good communication skills (oral and written) and fluent English is a plus point
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, strong analysis skills, in a team
• Comfortable under high pressure with dynamic targets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Familiar with MS Office/Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Adaptable to a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Familiar or active with the Shopee app
• Willing to work in Solo
