QA/QC Manager

Manage/Control to stability and improvement of production quality, supplier quality, COP (test lab), Quality system in order to meet Quality Policy Standard and customer requirement.

Under the direction of COO, will take necessary Quality standard policies and Procedures to ensure the quality system and targets of company with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth flow and manage all QC dept activities and personnel, including maintaining documentation & records.
• Conduct related training when required.
• Report to top management on quality related issues.
• Ensure QC/QA dept regulates and adheres to our ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
• Prepare and monitor various monthly reports including Quality performance.
• Improve staff work efficiency and cut down OT if required.
• Ensure cleanliness and cost-saving of QC in all respects.
• Appraise subordinates' performance if required.
• Manage and handle customer complaints.
• Communicate with all relevant departments to get support.
• Develop, promote, and support the systems and people that deliver quality.
• Control and define manufacturing process parameters.
• Confirm quality meets customer requirements.
• Lead non-conformance investigations.
• Support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
• Support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Implement safe work environment & 5S.
• Comply with regulations and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated personality a plus.
• 10 years of experience in the related plastic industry.
• Able to recognize color variation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate and write in BM & English.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
