QA/QC Engineer

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and execute test cases to verify software functionality and usability.
• Prepare and conduct software product validations and tests in accordance with Jobseeker Company’s standards and procedures.
• Identify, report, and track defects found during testing.
• Work closely with Development and IT teams to ensure defects are addressed and resolved.
• Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified defects have been resolved.
• Analyze changes, continuously improve testing processes, and effectively communicate performance test results.
• Ensure software is of high quality and meets business requirements.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a SaaS company or related industry.
• Excellent understanding of QA/QC methodologies and best practices, including web, desktop, and mobile technologies.
• Expertise in manual testing, including creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience with automation IDEs such as Katalon.
• Ability to work fully on-site and willingness to be placed in Bali.
