Job Description

1. Coordination of overall quality controls and systems
2. Monitoring and enhancement of in-process inspection procedures
3. Installation of quality control policies and procedures; ensuring compliance to the highest level of standard
4. Takes the lead in creating quality control procedures for the whole group in collaboration with the other quality control Supervisors and recommends revision of specifications when indicated
5. Formulates quality assurance policies and procedures for all the plants
6. Final inspections as required and guidelines for application
7. Head up and coordinate the ISO certification process and its strict implementation
8. Identification of root cause, corrective and preventive action documentation
9. Initiates the implementation of different activities that will spur "Quality Consciousness" in the whole workplace

Requirement

1. Bachelor of Science major in Chemical, Industrial and Mechanical with PROFESSIONAL LICENSED
2. 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality control/quality assurance preferably gained from a manufacturing setup or steel/metal processing plant
3. Understanding and knowledge of ISO certification and program maintenance preferably with exposure in a foreign-owned manufacturing company
4. High level of leadership ability and maturity
5. High analytical skills and detail-oriented
6. Pro-active mindset and excellent communication skills
7. Hands-on attitude where needed and technical capacity
8. Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
