QA Manager

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Has experience as Assistant Manager or Manager for at least 3 years in the Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledge about QAQC tools and experience with QMS ISO 9001 (2015), 14001 (2015) certification is an advantage
• Experience in handling Market Quality Claims and NG Rate (strong in Market Quality Claims)
• Good knowledge and experience in Refrigerator (or cooling products) production flow processes is an advantage
• Good communication, strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and managerial skills
• 7QC tools, graph, and statistical data analysis
• Active English proficiency (at least intermediate)

Job Description:

• Improve Market Quality according to company targets
• Improve Quality In-process to guarantee Market Quality
• Improve Vendor parts Quality to guarantee In-line Quality
• Implement inspection systems for IQC & OQC
• Standardize each quality process and set up SOPs
• Conduct monthly market quality analysis and reporting
• Conduct daily/weekly market quality analysis and quick reporting
• Communicate leadership with each customer
• Communicate leadership with HQD-QA
• Build a Quality Assurance team
