Responsibilities

1. To facilitate data collection.
2. To assist QA Engineer in all areas of the engineer’s responsibility but does not have authority to disposition material or products on the engineer’s behalf without written instruction to do so.
3. To assist the QA Engineer with employee training.
4. To perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection activities.
5. To propose rectification methods to affected party or product.
6. To upkeep quality records.
7. No authority to deviate from QMS requirement at any time.
8. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
9. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
10. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
11. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

1. Min. Senior High School.
2. Initiative.
3. To be able to lead the inspection team and to ensure customer requirements are met.
4. To be able to assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In-house units failed testing.
5. 1 year experience in PCBA.
6. Can use scope measurement, LCR, DMM, Caliper.
