QA Engineer Officer (Semarang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement product quality management system policies that work well at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia.
• Carry out concrete quality control training at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia for employees.
• Conduct routine inspections or audits to assess working conditions, equipment, and worker habits to identify problems related to quality control and determine corrective actions.
• Conduct investigations in the event of a concrete product quality failure (e.g., concrete hardening setback, rapid slump loss, cracking, low compressive strength, segregation, bleeding).
• Provide Technical Service Product with Customer Special Projects.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the readymix industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance of concrete, as well as concrete mix design.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
• Good command of English is a must.
• Possess analysis and investigation skills.
• Exhibit creative innovative thinking, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as a team player.
