QA ENGINEER

Job Requirements:

• University graduate/ Diploma with experience, preferably in electrical.
• 0-3 years of experience as QA/QC in an electronic manufacturing company, continuous improvement activities, root cause investigation.
• Good in English both spoken & written.
• Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree are also welcome to apply.
• Problem solving, failure analysis, ISO 9001, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Description:

• Handle customer feedback/complaints with 8D/investigation report and communicate with customers.
• Perform containment action as an immediate response to quality issues; perform failure analysis.
• Review procedures and work instructions to be performed and implemented by QC.
• Process RMA from customers for approval, verification, and follow up until completion.
• Support NPI, MSA, GR & R activities.
