QA Automation Specialist (UiPath Expert) – Cross-Browser & Azure Testing

Position Overview:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Automation is required to apply to this job. Do not apply if you have less than 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools that support canvas and Web Component testing.
• Playwright is our preferred tool, but experience with other relevant tools is also welcome.
• Perform manual testing for new features, updates, and fixes.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Properly log and submit detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps and issue severity.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve the automation framework for efficient and reliable testing.
• Participate in scrum meetings and work closely with the development team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA Automation, with strong skills in Playwright (preferred) or other modern automation tools.
• Strong experience with manual testing, test case creation, and bug tracking.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports, following proper issue-tracking protocols.
• Experience with API testing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Preferred & Accepted Automation Tools for Makyo’s UI (Canvas + React + Web Components):

We prefer Playwright, but candidates can use any of the following tools: Playwright, Cypress, Applitools, Selenium, Robot Framework + SikuliX.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in no-code or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools.
• Experience with UI/UX testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
