Purchasing & Warehouse Staff

The role will support Purchasing & Warehouse function in our Fruit Plantation Site in Sukabumi, West Java.

Job Description:

• Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for plantation operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability to support operational needs.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods following company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all purchasing and warehouse transactions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the plantation team to support operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field (purchasing, warehouse management, or inventory control) is required for this position, which would be an advantage from Horticulture Plantation or manufacturing.
• Having experience in ERP Applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in Sukabumi, West Java
