Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing import documentation in accordance with Customs regulations and requirements
  • Responsible for operating Customs system and website for import permit submission (PIB)
  • Responsible for coordinating with external stakeholders (Forwarder, PPJK, Customs, BPOM, Government, and any related institution)
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to import regulations
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements relevant to the company's operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major related to this position, preferably from Transportation Management / Supply Chain Management
  • Having 2 years of experience in Purchasing / EXIM / PPJK
  • Having PPJK Certificate would be a plus
  • Experience to handle PIB, NIB, and other management documentation
  • Basic knowledge of ISO, Halal Certification, and BPOM
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, teamwork, customer-centric, and eager to self-learn under minimal direction
