Purchasing & Site Admin

Job Requirements:

• Experienced at construction project as admin or purchasing or procurement is priority.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good in administration job.
• Willing to work at project site, Subang - West Java.

Tasks:

• Find new supplier of material & raw material necessity of Site.
• Communicate with existing supplier of BMB's project.
• Making PO (Purchase Order) & Payment Request.
• Making documents for payment salary of Workers & payment documents for Site Department.
• Coordinate with related department (Accounting, Project & Site).
• Support Site Manager to make tenders documents and schedule.
• Another works relate to Manager request.
