Job Purpose

The Purchase Order Management Staff is responsible for executing and ensuring the work processes related to the number and specification of incoming raw materials, timelines and schedules of fulfillment, documentation, and the payment process. This role involves coordination with internal departments and external parties to support Supply Chain Management activities. The primary goal is to optimize the supply chain and maximize operational efficiency to achieve the organization’s mid- to long-term goals, reduce costs, minimize risks, and support sustainable growth.

Job Description

  • Ensure the number of incoming goods and raw material specifications are in accordance with the Purchase Order.
  • Ensure the timelines and schedules of fulfillment materials are in accordance with the Purchase Order.
  • Handle documentation, including POs, delivery notes, invoices, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle the payment process, including SAP submission.
  • Work in an air-conditioned office area.
  • Work in front of the computer & production site.
  • Work 8 hours a day (07:30 – 16:30 WIB).
  • Work in a workplace with a variety of scents.

Skill & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy and Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Good communication skills, assertive, honest, able to work under pressure, and high responsibility.
  • Good in English (verbal, practical, written); ability to speak Korean is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
  • Understanding of SAP/ERP is an additional advantage.
