Job Purpose
The Purchase Order Management Staff is responsible for executing and ensuring the work processes related to the number and specification of incoming raw materials, timelines and schedules of fulfillment, documentation, and the payment process. This role involves coordination with internal departments and external parties to support Supply Chain Management activities. The primary goal is to optimize the supply chain and maximize operational efficiency to achieve the organization’s mid- to long-term goals, reduce costs, minimize risks, and support sustainable growth.
