Job Description

1. Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices for ingredients and supplies.
2. Make plans to decrease the number of suppliers to increase the order volume per supplier to make cost negotiation well.
3. Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies without overstocking.
4. Placing orders for food, beverages, and other supplies based on the restaurant's needs and inventory levels.
5. Ensuring that all purchased items meet the restaurant's quality standards.
6. Suggestion of other menus using currently used ingredients.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

Requirements

1. Business level English proficiency.
2. Working experience in a bigger restaurant chain company for purchasing/procurement as a manager.
3. Experience of selecting (Focus) suppliers to minimize the cost for optimization.
4. Ability to negotiate with suppliers on equal terms.
