Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor or Master graduate in Public Relation or Communication.
  • More than 4 years experience as PR practitioner.
  • Hardworking and good spirited.
  • Goals oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic PR Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the brand's business objectives and market positioning.
  • Identify key opportunities for brand exposure and devise tactics to leverage these opportunities effectively.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end lifestyle, beauty, and fashion media outlets.
  • Manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews, press releases, and media kits.
  • Oversee media outreach and pitch stories that highlight brand innovation, product launches, and corporate news.

Brand Reputation Management:

  • Monitor and manage the brand’s public perception and address any potential issues or crises promptly.
  • Develop proactive strategies to build and maintain a positive brand image.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality press materials, including press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and image.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute high-profile events, including product launches, media briefings, and influencer gatherings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.

Influencer and Celebrity Engagement:

  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers and celebrities who align with the brand’s image.
  • Oversee collaborations and partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and consumer perceptions.
  • Use insights to refine PR strategies and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the PR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies.

Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Track and report on the performance of PR campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze media coverage and other PR metrics to assess impact and ROI.
