Public Relation Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from Communication / Marketing with reputable university
• Min 5 years experience on the same position
• Good in English communication written and spoken
• Can work under pressure
• Flexible and agile personality

Main Role & Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations:
   • Develop PR tactical plan for IM Non Flagship + Tablet
   • Execute project plan and monitor clips
   • Develop and review press kits (press release, PR stories, briefing books, fact sheets, etc.)
   • Manage Newsroom Indonesia
   • Develop speeches for Samsung executives
   • Maintain media & tech reviewers relations
   • Manage product samples for product reviews
   • Assist in managing sponsorships
   • Report PR results to relevant teams & provide PR weekly updates
2. External Agencies Management:
   • Brief and supervise PR agencies related to product/scope of work in executing plans and achieving KPIs
   • Work closely with HQ & RHQ to align plans developed by agency
3. Local, RHQ, HQ Alignment:
   • Act as Samsung Indonesia PIC, ensuring internal alignment with HQ, RHQ, and other relevant parties
