· Developed and responsible for public relations activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
· Assist in maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, media, government, and related institutions.
· Help coordinate media events, press conferences, and offline activities.
· Assist in organizing professional marketing initiatives such as workshops, webinars, and offline events with MUA & community. Good public speaking and a beauty enthusiast in makeup and personal care.
· Support marketing activation advertisement campaigns for product launches and brand awareness efforts.
· Contribute to community engagement with parenting groups and healthcare networks.
· Provide on-site support during offline events and ensure smooth execution.
· Help monitor and report the impact of PR and marketing activities.
· Maintain administrative procedures to ensure an effective and efficient office environment.
· Implement public relation strategies and programs consistent with corporate strategies and marketing objectives.
· Maintain a consistent concept for all external messaging and creative executions.
· Ensure multiple communications channels and media platforms to promote the school image and brands.
· Produce publicity documents and coordinate the distribution of all promotional materials for project-related activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. (Priority)
• 3 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Able to craft clear and engaging written materials (e.g., press releases, reports) and communicate effectively across different audiences including media, public, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing PR metrics (e.g., PR value, keywords), understanding public sentiment, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong Project Management: Experienced in organizing and executing campaigns or events, with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal & Relationship Building: Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders (e.g., media, community leaders, healthcare professionals) and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.
• Digital & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools; familiarity with social media management platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and working in the West Jakarta Area.
