Responsibilities:

1. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to extract insights.
2. Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
3. Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and provide real-time insights.
4. Present complex data analysis results in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
5. Define technical baseline and best practices for all data science projects (Machine learning, segmentation engine, recommendation engine, AI engine).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
4. Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks like Deep Learning, TensorFlow, BERT, Regression Models, Decision trees, Clustering models including productization of the ML engine.
5. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, Hive, HBase.
